The scope of work includes the delivery of specialist engineering services across a diverse property portfolio, covering both heritage and modern buildings. Activities typically involve detailed project planning, site surveys, infrastructure assessment, system installation, commissioning, and ongoing technical support.
The programme also includes coordination with estates teams, building managers and other stakeholders to ensure all works are carried out safely, efficiently and with minimal disruption to building operations.
